Featured Question: How can I encourage boys and girls to play and learn together?
There are 13 boys and 3 girls in my classroom of 4s and
5s. The boys tend to spend most of their time in the
block area and the girls in the dramatic play center. I
have offered activities that I think will appeal to both
genders, but the children still play separately. I would
like to encourage the boys and girls to play and learn
together. Help please!
